Weekend Recap

Hi, hope this post meets you well.  Last Friday after work, I branched at the fabric store with my friend-Funke and her 1-year-old son, Benjamin.  I had a lot of fun selecting fabrics & ended up buying 6 printed ones.  Prior to Friday, I had never gone shopping with a kiddo-boy was it interesting lol.  Lets just say that I now have a new respect for parents (:

On Saturday, I attended a charity networking event at Peju's lounge.  I was a vendor at the event and I got the opportunity to meet a lot of people & I enjoyed answering all fashion related questions. Later on in the evening, I headed to one of my crazy friend-DJ's surprised birthday party.  I got to hang out with some of my favorite people- 'Lo & Michelle.

Sunday was very calm- I went to the gym in the afternoon & had dinner with Funke & Benjamin.  After class on Monday, I kidnapped Michelle & brought her to my house (lol).  I had so much fun catching up and special thanks to her for helping me shoot a video for my blog (coming soon....)  Hope you all enjoyed your weekend- CHEERS to a new week!!

Happy Sunday!!! Above are some of the heels I added to my shoe collection back in August with the exception of the Zara ankel strapped heels.  I've been saying for the longest time how I needed to buy more colored heels-yah me!! (lol). The great thing about these purchases is that 4 out of 5 of them were under $100.  I'm still searching for the perfect red, green, blue and yellow heels- if you have any suggestions please leave a comment of email me.

Color me Tribal

Hello beautiful people!!! I traveled to San Diego last weekend, for a friend's wedding, and returned to Maryland on Sunday.
If you're an avid reader of my blog, you'll know that I attend LOTS of weddings.  I really enjoy attending weddings-from outfits bride,  groom and entire bridal party, to the beautiful decorations, awesome foods  and dancing!!  Most important to me is being able to share a precious moment with the newlyweds.

What made this wedding very special, was the time spent hanging out with some of my closet friends & on the wedding night, we danced our a$$es off.
